libisl10 software package provides manipulating sets and relations of integer points bounded by linear constraints, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libisl10
libisl10 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libisl10 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libisl10 *
You will get with libisl10 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
